Super Remover New Generation has been recognized as a revolutionary product.
The Environmental Protection Agency methylene chloride banned on March 15. Now many retailers are not clear what the safest paint strippers are. And many are not doing their research to find a safe and effective alternative.
A recent Bloomberg article titled, “Paint Stripper Makers Examine Substitutes for Deadly Solvent”, investigated the problem. Many retailers are accepting equally unsafe alternatives in place of methylene chloride. There’s a history of governmental agencies banning one chemical, only to have it replaced by an equally dangerous product. The Bloomberg article cited that Super Remover as an important player in the process. Super Remover is the only supplier with a safe and fast alternative on the market.
Bloomberg reports that methylene chloride alternatives must be analyzed and scrutinized. Problematically, most of the market is now saturated with substitutes. Most of the substitutes are either equally as dangerous as methylene chloride or do not work fast/effectively.
Super Remover worked with the Toxic Use Reduction Institute (TURI) at the University of Massachusetts-Lowell to create the formula for Super Remover New Generation. It is the only product on the market that is comparable in strength and efficacy to methylene chloride without any highly toxic Benchmark I chemicals.
The product has been cited by Mother Jones, Centre for Public Integrity and CBS News for how revolutionary it is. Additionally, the Safer Chemicals Healthy Families coalition has also recognized New Generation on its short list of safe products.
As major paint retailers scramble to find an alternative for methylene chloride, Super Remover remains the only company with a solution.
